1. Return Policy
- Once goods are sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a valid reason. Returns or exchanges will only be considered in specific cases.

- The product arrives damaged.
- Used items are not eligible for returns.
2. Conditions for Returns
The Return and Refund policy is not applicable under the following circumstances:
- If you don’t have an unboxing video from start to finish.
- If you fail to send the unboxing video through email or WhatsApp within 2 days from the date of delivery.
