Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Return Policy

  • Once goods are sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a valid reason. Returns or exchanges will only be considered in specific cases.
  • Eligible returns are only accepted for:
    • Receiving the wrong model of the product.
    • The product arrives damaged.
  • Used items are not eligible for returns.


2. Conditions for Returns

The Return and Refund policy is not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • If you don’t have an unboxing video from start to finish.
  • If you fail to send the unboxing video through email or WhatsApp within 2 days from the date of delivery.


3. Replacement and Refund Process

  • In case of defects or damage:
    • If the product is found to be defective (Dead on Arrival) or is damaged upon arrival, we will send you a replacement.
    • To be eligible for a replacement:
      • The item must be returned to CocoKidsStore in its original condition, with all the accessories and undamaged shipping label.
      • Product can be returned within 7 days
        Refund will be credited within 8-10 days to the original source of payment method
        Replacement will be delivered within 8-10 days


  • Replacement Dispatch:
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement to you on the next day.

4. Key Points to Remember

It is strongly advised that you record a complete unboxing video while opening the product.

If there are any issues with the product, such as damage or defects, please contact us immediately.
